Friday Love 01.09.15 | Paper Love - Kate Spade

Kate Spade is the devil. Just like Target. They catch you in their net with their fantastical goodies and you just can't say no. Or look away. So I bought another Kate Spade planner but this one is slimmer and fits waaaay better in my purse than the big one I bought a while back, that I love so much. I'm not giving excuses as to why I bought another one.. just facts, people! Haha! I bought the very last one (see, it was meant to be) at Paper Source yesterday. Paper Source is freaking heaven for paper lovers. If you've never been, you must check one out asap!

What planner are you using for the new year?! SugarPaper has some pretty sweet ones for under $10. You can find those at Target or online. But if you want a super awesome one, hit up Paper Source!

It's a beautiful bright turquoise/mint type color. It's soft and doesn't weigh much. The monthly tabs are laminated (yes!) and there's a save this page string too. I'm not really sure what that's called but I'll call it a save this page string, haha! I'll be using my big planner for the blog (hopefully) and the smaller one for everyday life. I've never used two planners so we'll see how it works out for me.

Somewhere during the move a couple months ago I lost my purple Moleskine -enter sadface here- The other day at Marshall's I found a journal that was calling my name. Figured until I find my Moleskine, I'll use this one. Okay, it wasn't calling my name but you can't say no to pretty journals yanno.

Speaking of Target, I've been searching for this awesome natural bath soap by Method. I use to buy it at the HEB by my old casa but the HEB by the new casa doesn't carry it. -shakes fist-  After searching for two months, I finally found it at Target and I was way too excitamated this morning to shower, LOL! Not only does it leave my skin smelling good, it also leaves me skin pretty smooth. I have super dry skin and this helps me when I forget to put lotion on. Which is everyday, haha!

I found these two goodies in the dollar section located at the entrance of Target. The stamp set is small and cost me $3. Thank you cards were $1 and because you never know when you'll need a thank you card, I scooped them up too. It's been a while since I bought anything relating to paper or paper crafting so I'm sure you can imagine the happies when I found these. :)

I'll see ya Monday with a recap of my weekend on Weekend Snapshots :)

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

  1. i love paper!!! i go to the paper source in city centre, but the last time i went i was with the mister and he was moping around so i didn't get to buy all the paper that i needed. and i need tons. at all time. i do have a big ol Kate Spade "Eat Cake for Breakfast" journal and some pencils i got for my birthday last year. i need to pay it some attention.
