The 4th Annual Haute Wheels food truck event is this weekend and here's your chance to win some tickets. First let's talk about who is going to be there and what this event is all about. :)
This 2-day festival will benefit the Houston Community College Foundation featuring fun food trucks you've seen around the city. 30+ food trucks, HEB Beer and Wine Garden, street entertainment and a vendor village. It'll be a fantastical weekend to hang out with some hungry friends or grab your hungry family and have a blast!

Angie’s Cake, Coreanos, Chi’lantro BBQ, Chocolat d’arte, Good Dog Hot Dog, Flip ‘n Patties, Fork in the Road, Fraiche, Frosted Betty, Golden Grill, Happy Endings, H-town StrEats, It’s a Wrap, Koagie Hots, Kona Ice, Kurbside Eatz, LadyBird, Monster PBJ, Muiishi Makirritos, Nom Mi, Pocket to Me, Porch Swing Desserts, Soul Cat Cuisine, St. John’s Fire, The Waffle Bus, The Lunch Bag, Tila’s Taco Truck, and Snow Cream Man—an original 1961 ice cream truck. Newcomers include: The DETOX Truck, The Hungry Lumberjack, Les Ba’get, Espresso Rescue, Katmania Crepes, Miso Yummy, Mr. Sizzle’s Curbside, Gastro Punk, Foodgasm, Skratch and Yummy’z Kitchen. In the H-E-B Beer and Wine Garden, sample a variety of wines and craft beers from
Alaskan Brewing, Blue Moon, Leinenkugel’s, Real Ale Brewing Company, Saint Arnold, Shock Top, Alexander Valley Vineyards, Rex Goliath, Gnarly Head and Kendall Jackson.
Festival-goers will enjoy a wide variety of street entertainment including a Mardi Gras style performance daily by Craig Kinsey; an acoustic performance by Ancient Cat Society; Houston Dynamo interactive area; up close skating demonstrations by Northside Fury and a larger than life food truck inspired chalk painting by a team of artists from Via Colori®—the annual street painting festival benefitting The Center for Hearing and Speech held each fall. Kids can join in the fun by creating their own mini masterpiece as well.

Where: Haute Wheels takes place on the HCC Southwest West Loop Campus, 5601 West Loop South.
Hours: 12 p.m. – 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 22 and 12 p.m. – 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 23.
How Much: Tickets are $16 for adults, which include $5 worth of drink concession tickets, music and $1 donation to the HCC Foundation. Children 12 and under are free. Purchase tickets online and find a complete list of food trucks and entertainment at www.hautewheelshouston.com.
