Work Space at 3twentysix

I harassed E a lot this weekend while fixing up my work space. I'd rearrange something and be like 'Cakes, come look. What do you think?' He would pause his game, huff & puff and make his way towards the room. He'd then say 'It looks great cakes!' and give me a kiss on the forehead and walk back out. Great support huh? Lol! Yes we call each other cakes, short for babycakes or sweetcakes. Don't judge us Lol!

My work space is full of Ikea stuff, garage sale stuff, mom got it from work stuff, & random shizz I found thrifting. None of the furniture in my house matches... I kinda like it that way. It's unique or tacky Lol! The entire house is pretty much random but it says Reed Casa so we're happy with it. :]

Wouldn't be a sweet work space without a Gabe Leonard print. This is one of my favs. The 5 Foot Fury VA license plate is from one of my good friends - She sent it to me for Christmas cause she loves me! The Texas plate is from my first car. The Camel boxes are from when I use to smoke :/ Yes that's a penis hanging, got it at a friends bachelorette. It makes bubbles Lol!

Bookshelf is from Ikea and so is the Raskog cart. The white fake roses at the top are from the day I got married in Vegas :]

Some of my film cameras that I adore so much. I really need to start taking more pictures with them. Both of the Polaroid cameras work and I do have film for them but I'm one of those people that doesn't want to use it cause it's so damn pricey to replace. Wooden man taking care of the cameras is from Ikea too.

Random books that I can't seem to part with. The photo albums on the right are full of my baby pictures so I def can't get rid of those. I'm a big James Patterson fan - There's only two books here but I have a box full of The Woman's Murder Club book series of his. Another of my favorites is Karen Walrond's book The Beauty of Different, very good book. Check her blog out here.

More books, toys and unfinished SmashBooks. The Hershey's Pure Milk Chocolate box is one of my fav thrift finds! The frame is from my mom. She printed out some of Mother Teresa's rules to life and gave it to me for Christmas. She loves me too! :]

Nothing to special or badass but it's my little area and I love it! Click the pictures to make them bigger or visit flickr for the entire set.

I like seeing other people's work space so if ya have a picture or a post, please share!

Review: Eyn Products iPhone 5 case

Disclosure: I did not get compensated for this post nor was I asked to do it. I bought this product on my own.

Look what came in today #shanks is now pimpin' an #eynproducts turquoise case! It's a wallet/kickstand/mirror in one! #teamiphone #iphone5 #eyncase

When I bought Shanks (iPhone 5) last week I knew if I didn't get a case on it fast that I would hurt it and wish and hope that I could find a time machine to fix what I had done. I was extra careful with it and this past weekend I bought a temporary case at Frys with some awesome graffiti from NY. That case is now my backup case. I ordered the same colored case from EynProducts that I had on Shanky (iPhone 4S) because it's so freaking convenient for me.

I contacted Linda@Eyn by email and asked her if she could get me the same case for the 5 and send me a Paypal invite. I had problems paying when I bought the one for my 4S, figured I'd go straight to her since she was so awesome before. She remembered me and totally hooked me up again! Shanks is now pimpin' a new turquoise EynProducts case.

Eyn stands for Everything You Need. My case holds two bank cards and my DL, sometimes I put cash in it too and it still closes nicely. It comes with a wristlet which is more convenient then you think and it has a built in mirror. The mirror works perfect for those times when you feel you have something stuck in your teeth but aren't sure Lol! But that's not all, you can also open it up a bit and use it as a kickstand. The case doesn't block the camera but if you use flash you might want to open the case so that you don't have a weird look to it. I like that when I close the case it makes a clicking noise so I know for sure that it's closed. Putting this case on your phone is also super easy. The bottom piece comes off and all you do is slide the phone in and put the bottom piece back in. Simple! Eyn sells a lip balm that fits perfectly in the case as well.

Like I said in the review for the 4S, this case is pricey ($29.99) and I'm not one to spend over $10 for a case but this case really is perfect for me. No matter where I am or where I'm going, I can always count on my case to have my debit cards and DL. The only thing that I found different in this case compared to the 4S case is that this seems to be slimmer and is comfier to hold in my hand.

A friend bought this case when I recommended the one for the 4S and she said she went into panic mode when she couldn't find her phone cause it had her DL and bank card - Guess that would be the only downfall Lol!

One more thing - Samsung Galaxy S4 users.. an EynProducts case is in the works for you too. It will be available early November so don't sleep on this. I recommend this case for anyone and everyone. It's convenient and keeps your phone safe. Don't take my word for it though, buy one and you'll see. You have the choice of buying it in black, orange, turquoise, chartreuse, purple, red, and pink.

Ikea & my Craftroom

Since purchasing Gator I've been hanging out in my office/craft-room a bit more. My husband loves it cause he jumps on his PS3 and doesn't get harassed by me whatsoever. Getting this room the way I want it is working out nicely for me. This past weekend I finally gave in to all the enablers on Instagram. I bought myself an Ikea Raskog cart that's meant for the kitchen but I don't know anyone who actually uses it in there Lol! The cart comes in a beautiful turquoise or a dark grey. I bought the dark grey one because it flows better in my office. What I'm loving the most about this is the wheels. I can be in any place in my house and have the cart next to me.

The top section stores my small collection of washi tape, pens, glue, single hole punch, rulers, scissors & the small cardstock is in a box. The middle section stores my punches, stickers & embellishments in a box. The bottom section holds my stamps - wood and clear - with the stamp pads. I use Ikea boxes and they fit nicely in each section. I use the tops of the boxes to hold the things I use the most like certain labels or stickers. Makes it easier to find what I want.

I can't even explain how useful this little cart is. I might have to get another one soon Lol! My husband doesn't like it when I visit Ikea cause I always spend over the limit I personally set for myself Lol! I can't help it - it's freaking Ikea dammit! $80+ is how it works out for me and my bank account haha! I walk in there with a plan, always. But I get inspired and all these ideas come rushing in and I can't not follow them. That would just be wrong haha!

What's in your craft room that is super useful and you can't live without?!
