Goodies Co. Box 2

Goodies Co Breakfast Box Goodies Co Breakfast Box Goodies Co Breakfast Box Goodies Co Breakfast Box Goodies Co Breakfast Box Goodies Co. Breakfast Box

Yesterday I received my second Goodies Co. box. When my husband brought it in I practically squealed Lol! Who doesn't love food nomnoms?! I sure do!

In case you forgot or didn't know, Goodies Co. is a company that helps you discover new food for the awesome price of $7/mth S+H included. You'll receive 5 to 8 different types of nomnoms that you may or may not have known about before. Check out the site and sign up to receive your first box of Goodies. :]

I'm a huge breakfast person. I can eat it at any time of the day or night and be completely satisfied. So you can imagine how excitamated I was when I opened this box and saw the note saying 'Rise and Shine'! This morning I decided to try Jovan's All Natural Instant Breakfast Rich Cocoa pouch. I bought me some milk on the way into work and got it all ready once I beat morning rush hour. I love chocolate, mostly in candy, but this little milk shake mix was delicious. I also tried Erin Baker's Original Breakfast Cookie Minis Oatmeal Raisin as part of my breakfast and jebus they were both tasty!

Recommend any awesome subscription boxes like this one?!

Ermahgerd, It's my Birthday!

2009 - 25th Birthday

2009 - 25th Birthday

2010 - 26th Birthday (those cheeks LOL)

2011 - 27th Birthday

2011 - 27th Birthday
2013 - 29th Birthday

I like black, did you notice?! Happy Birthday to me! It's my last year in my twenties - No I don't think i'm old, but I know I'm no longer a kid. Someone corrected me at my party this past weekend, they said I haven't been a kid for a while now Lol! Thanks John haha!

I normally celebrate my birthday with a party or dinner somewhere. Didn't do much for my 28th Birthday, hence the missing picture. Looking at these pictures makes me feel a bit weird. It's like mini chapters of my life.. good and bad memories. I'm not exactly where I want to be yet, but I'm getting pretty close and that brings a pretty big smile to my face!

Here's to a year of fan-effing-tastic awesomeness!!

TGIF Everyone!

So glad that today is Friday, it's been a long and exhausting week. Not anything I can't handle though ;]

Yesterday I went to the Houston Rodeo again with my mom and two sisters. One of my sisters is on vacation here from Argentina so of course we had to take her to the Rodeo. It's always nice to hang out with  the ladies. We laugh at just about everything and all we do is eat and eat and eat. I'm sure you can relate :]

  1. My Mama, Ariface, Gaby, and Silvy These ladies always crack me up! I'm grateful to have such a fantastical mama that has my back no matter what... and these two ladies who show me love no matter what the situation is
  2. Ariface, Mama, & Silvy We're naturally very big smiley people, obviously Lol!
  3. Crazy panoramic picture of the carnival  I didn't eat a funnel cake this time, kinda sad..
  4. My gangsta looking Mama with her two bodyguards. My mom always stands out with her white hair and glasses Lol! <3
  5. This is the stage getting pushed out to the middle for Pitbull's performance It's actually a really fast process
  6. And there it is, right in the middle and all the seats started to fill up..
  7. We were in the nose bleeds, section 640 and this is our panoramic view of the Reliant Stadium  I think no matter where you sit, you're going to experience a fantastical show. The energy was crazzzzy!
  8. Bam! I love the fireworks before the performances. Really puts ya in the mood, you know?!
  9. The Oh's and Ah's are pretty entertaining also It's like folks have never seen them before Lol
  10. Fireworks that shoot straight up aren't as cool as the swirly ones Lol
  11. The Houston Astrodome is Houston's old stadium. It's nicknamed the Eighth wonder of the World and I love it, even if it's no longer in operation. Plans are to tear it down because the maintenance is too expensive, but I think we should keep it. It's part of our history!!
Have any awesome plans for the weekend?! Hope it's fantastical for ya!

Thrift Finds 4.0

Thrift Finds Old school right here Cookies anyone?! Keep Calm and Eat Chocolate Beer bong FOR $55 King Chair Lone Ranger box for $33 Nuestra Boda glasses Old school phone Texas table for $35?! I'll pass Kid Desk Lance at the thrift store I wanted this so bad.. Bull dressed up like a lady?!

  1. I think I may have squealed a bit when I saw this piece. If it wasn't so damn expensive, I totally woulda jumped on it. Can't pay $250 if I can't test it out and make sure it works first but it was beautiful!
  2. Cookie jar galore! I've always liked the idea of cookie jars, but cookies never last long in my casa to be in a jar I really love cookies!
  3. Keep Calm and Eat Chocolate?! Chocolate does wonders to my mood. I can't get enough of it. Sad part is it breaks me out horribly so I have to control myself. Makes me incredibly sad..
  4. Football beer bong for $50. Had I know I was going to have a party for my 29th birthday this year, I totally woulda bought it Woulda had to haggle on that price though..
  5. Big King Chairs always make me giggle Idk if that's what they're called. I don't know if it's cause they look super awkward or cause i'm so small that they look like chairs for giants These are always very pricey
  6. The Legend of the Lone Ranger costs $33. I was never a fan, but it looked to be in really good condition... not for $33 though..
  7. Nuestra Boda (Our Wedding) champagne glasses This made me a bit sad..
  8. I saw a phone identical to this when I was a kid at one of my mother's friends house. It was waaaay shinier then this but it brought back memories of bugging my mom to let me call someone on it Too bad this one was really beat up
  9. Little Texas table that I would have bought but it was priced at $35. $35 seems to be the avg price for most things I'll wait a week or two and check if it's still there at a cheaper price.
  10. Children's desk made of wood and metal or steel? Idk! Lol! It was priced at $285. Eek!
  11. Mr. Armstrong is at the Thrift Store.. 'Nuff said Lol
  12. This table/chair (I know it has a specific name...?) would be perfect in my house. I have the right spot and errthang but $75 wasn't convincing enough It was shockingly sturdy but that fabric would need to be fired Lol!
  13. Crazy bull lady dressed in an old school dress with heels and a hat. I swear I did a double take when I saw it sitting there. Could have sworn it was a real lady Lol!
Linking up with Wendy's Weekly Thrift at Young Heart. Have ya been thrifting lately and found some crazy stuff or some awesome stuff?! Link up with us and check the other links out for some cool finds.

Houston Rodeo 2013 - Dierks Bentley

Reliant Stadium
Reliant Stadium is a beauty BullRide Untitled Fireworks before the Dierks Bentley Performance Dierks Bentley Performance Dierks Bentley Performance Butts galore Can't go to the carnival/rodeo and not eat a funnel cake.. Funnel Cake Nomnoms

  • The inside of Houston Reliant Stadium during the Houston Rodeo My favorite shot of the night, this shot came out a lot better then I expected
  • Houston's Reliant Stadium where our Houston Rodeo happens and our Fantastical Houston Texans Play <3
  • It's not a Rodeo unless there's a bull riding booth No one was thrown off while I was watching - Disappointed me a bit Lol
  • Trams were pulled by John Deere trackers Thank Jeebus for that cause the walk from the parking lot to the stadium was too far for my lazy butt
  • Fireworks before the Dierks Bentley performance Fireworks always put a smile on my face
  • Dierks Bentley performing Please don't hit me but I had no idea who he was, still don't but I enjoyed the show anyways
  • Horse butts & Houston Rodeo Volunteers :) The fish eye lens and Shanky have become really good friends. Since it's a small lens, I try to always have it in my pocket for cool shots
  • I can't go to a carnival and NOT hit up the funnel cake shop It's just impossible
  • Strawberry funnel cake. Doesn't that look finger licking good?! I'd love to say I ate it all, but that was not the case Lol
Have you ever been to the rodeo?! I've been to the carnival outside of the Houston Rodeo a couple times, but haven't been to the Rodeo since I was a kid. It was nice to go inside and see a show this time and all of the Rodeo competitions. Found myself cheering for all sorts of strangers Lol!

..till next time ;]

I would have taken D with me but I was lazy and didn't want to carry it around. Instead I took my iPhone inside the eyn storage case and didn't have to carry anything.
